Scrabblegrams Solver FAQ: Rules, Colors & Answers

How do I solve today’s Scrabblegrams puzzle?

Enter every visible letter in the matching word-grid square, then set each tile to gray, orange or green. Press Solve Puzzle to reveal a dictionary-valid completed answer and continue to the fewest-swap guide.

What does green mean in Scrabblegrams?

Green means the letter is already in the correct word and correct position. The solver keeps that tile fixed.

What does orange mean in Scrabblegrams?

Orange means the letter belongs in the correct word but must move to another position within that word. If the tile sits at an intersection, the solver allows the constraint to be satisfied by either crossing direction.

What does gray mean in Scrabblegrams?

Gray means the tile is in the wrong word and wrong position, so its destination must leave the word or words it currently occupies.

Do I need to mark all black squares?

No. Leave unused squares empty. When you press Solve Puzzle, every untouched square becomes a black blocked cell automatically.

Can I solve a custom Scrabble Grams word grid?

Yes. Open the custom puzzle solver, choose a grid size and enter your own letters and color clues. A custom grid never changes the verified community puzzle for today.

Can another user overwrite today’s puzzle?

Not with one submission. The shared puzzle uses matching community reports, and a personal or custom puzzle never changes the canonical daily puzzle.

Is this the official game website?

No. This is an independent word-puzzle solver and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the publisher or owner of the original game.
